Rodrigo Gracie at IMMAA Pride Fighting Champion, K-1 MMA Champion, ADCC Submission Grappling World Champion, renowned Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Book author, and all around Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu LEGEND Rodrigo Gracie was back in Colorado just to teach and promote students at Loveland's Infinite Mixed Martial Arts Academy on July 26th! His three hour class was nothing short of phenominal- and while it is always hard to pick a favorite technique that Rodrigo teaches, the most stand out of this seminar was the FLYING TRIANGLE!
